Xiaomi Redmi 5A goes official in PH, priced at PHP 4,590 only!

Today at the official comeback launch of Xiaomi in the Philippines, the emerging Chinese global brand also launched the Redmi 5A.

In case you missed it, the Xiaomi Redmi 5A is the company's entry-level smartphone for the masses. It is equipped with a 5-inch HD IPS screen, Snapdragon 425 chip, 2GB RAM, 16GB expandable storage, and large enough 3,000mAh battery.

Xiaomi also highlighted its cameras. According to Xiaomi, the Redmi 5A has a "best-in-class" 13MP main camera with f/2.2 aperture size and PDAF focus shooter. For selfies, it has a 5MP f/2.0 camera.

It also has WiFi, Bluetooth, LTE connectivity, and dual SIM card slots. The Redmi 5A boots with Android 7.1 Nougat OS w/ MIUI 9 skin on top.
