Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 and Redmi Note 5 Pro now official!

The wait is over! Xiaomi has officially launched their latest mid-range smartphones in India, the Redmi Note 5 and Redmi Note 5 Pro.

Both phones features the trendy 18:9 screen aspect ratio, 5.99-inch FHD+ panel, and modern mid-range grade specs. Both also has 4,000mAh battery, VoLTE, IR Blaster, hybrid dual SIM slots (nano), and Android 7.1.2 Nougat w/ MIUI 9 skin.

The Redmi Note 5 comes with a 2.0GHz 64-bit Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor with up to 4GB RAM and up to 64GB storage. On the other hand, the Redmi Note 5 Pro boast the newer 14nm based 1.8GHz 64-bit Snapdragon 636 octa-core processor with up to 6GB of RAM.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 is priced at Rs. 9999 (3GB RAM / 32GB ROM) and Rs. 11,999 (4GB RAM /64GB ROM). On the other hand, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is priced at Rs. 13,999 (4GB RAM) and Rs. 16,999 (6GB RAM).

In India, both phones will be available at Flipkart as well as Mi.com and Mi Home Stores starting from February 22nd.
