Aside from its good design for the price, the other highlight of the new Bluboo S8 are its set of cameras.

At the back, it boasts a dual camera setup that includes a 16MP primary sensor and a an alleged secondary 3MP depth sensor. It also has PDAF and dual tone LED flash.

For selfies, it goes with an 8MP f/2.0 camera with AF. It is one of the few with autofocus in front for the price. However, it has no screen flash or dedicated LED flash.
Anyway, here's the first few shots taken using the Bluboo S8.

Bluboo S8's design and specs for the price are great. But, its cameras failed to impress us on first try.
It can take decent photos with good autofocus speed and great sharpness at times, but it is inconsistent. It also has exposure problems. There are times where it takes very dark photos even if there's enough light.
For selfies, exposure and colors are good. It has problems with focus though. There are also times where it'll blur the imperfections of my face even if I don't turn the beauty mode on.
Hopefully, Bluboo can fix it thru a software update.
