Today, a possible actual image of the Redmi Note 5 was photographed in the wild. It probably confirmed that this upcoming midranger will sport an 18:9 screen. The image also showed that it could be a 5.5 inch FHD+ screen w/ dual cameras and fingerprint scanner behind.
However, this is all we know so far. The handset is rumored to feature a Snapdragon 660 octa core processor or MediaTek Helio P25 octa core chip, 3 GB or 4 GB RAM, 16 GB / 32 GB / 64 GB of expandable storage, and 4,000 mAh of battery.
GSMArena also posted the alleged pricing of the alleged Redmi Note 5. If we were to believe their listing the 3 GB RAM / 16 GB ROM model is priced at CNY 999, 3 GB RAM / 32 GB ROM at CNY 1,299, and 4 GB RAM / 64 GB ROM at CNY 1,699.
