MSI Announces The GE63VR And GE73VR Raider

Now, MSI announced new members of the GE series of hardware, the GE63VR and GE73VR Raider. The latest entry in the GE series still holds its place as one the best in gaming performance but with a few new tricks. The GE63/73VR Raider adapted design cues from exotic sports cars sporting a more angular design with specs that can truly make it a game changer.

The GE63VR / 73VR Raider will have the first Per-Key RGB keyboard

Since we are talking about MSI doing innovative things, here is another first, The GE63/73VR Raider will sport the first Per-Key RGB Gaming Keyboard on a laptop which is made by Steelseries. This is designed to work with your real time game stats to give you visual cues such as your health levels, ammo and more. It is an ergonomically-designed keyboard with tactile key travel of 1.9 mm. Other features include optimized WASD zone, support for anti-ghosting capabilities for up to 45 keys and a mechanical shielding. Combine all of this and you get the most solid laptop keyboard to date.

The GE63VR Raider will be the first gaming laptop with a display that a 120 Hz of refresh rate with a 3 ms response time. The display will also have an HDR format to produce the most vibrant and realistic visuals you can get. You will never miss a beat with this bad boy here.

The audio department is no joke either. MSI decided to put Dynaudio's Giant Speakers which has 5x bigger chambers and 3x bigger speakers. This another first by MSI here. This will allow this gaming laptop to produce clear sounds 50% louder. You will every step, every gunshot, every movement with this kind of audio setup.

The latest in MSI's cooling technology, the Coolerboost 5, will be included with these GE Raiders. It has dual Whirlwind Blades with 7 heat pipes and 4 airflows. This effectively drives out heat which really helps in intense gaming. The GTX 1070 will perform better as well given that the Coolerboost 5 will keep its temperature at low levels.
