On top of that, the dual camera setup of the Galaxy Note 8 has top-notch specs and features for a smartphone. This devices utilizes a 12 MP f/1.7 RGB + 12 MP f/2.4 telephoto lens w/ Dual Pixel, Dual OIS, multi-frame, and dual tone LED flash.

Initially, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 arguably has the best camera on any smartphone yet. Dynamic range is superb, auto exposure is excellent, colors are very well saturated, and details are sharp.
Lowlight performance is also stunning for a phone. It is even better than the excellent Galaxy S8 / S8+ for us so far. Results are very workable even without using the manual mode overall.
The selfie camera has the same performance found on the Galaxy S8 / S8+.
