Alongside the beastly Galaxy C7, Samsung not only made an announcement, but also launched its lower-end brother. Dubbed as the Samsung Galaxy C5, it boast identical design and form factor in a slightly toned down manner.

It comes with a 5.2 inch FHD Super AMOLED screen with 1920 x 1080 resolution at 424 ppi and powered by Snapdragon 617 octa core chip paired with Adreno 405 GPU. What's we like from what we saw here the most is its large 4 GB RAM which huge enough to let you do all your multitasking seamlessly.
There's also an 32 GB or 64 GB expandable storage options, 2,600 mAh w/ quick charge 3.0 support, 16 MP f/1.9 rear camera, 8 MP f/1.9 selfie camera, LTE connectivity, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC and dual SIM card slots.
The phone also loads with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS w/ the improved TouchWiz UI on top.

Another crazy affordable Samsung phone with great specs.
In China, the 32 GB model retails at USD 335 and the 64 GB model is priced at USD 366 only. Out of straight conversion without taxes and duties yet, that's just around 15K and 17K in Philippine Pesos respectively.
Let's hope that once those phones reaches us, there won't be that much price hike as this has the potential to be one of those must get midrange phones soon.
