Cherry Mobile Cubix 2 Formally Announced, A Sleek Phablet Wonder Priced At 4999 Pesos!

Earlier, Cherry Mobile and Lazada just introduced to the local tech media the next iteration of the Cubix line. Dubbed as the Cubix 2, it's a huge phabet that's beautifully built as well.

It features a combination of metal plastic and glass that looks elegant and well crafted and has a big 5.7 inch Full HD OGS display that's quite rare under 5,000 bucks. It runs on a quite dated yet still reliable 1.7 GHz MT6795 octa core processor, Mali 450 GPU and has 2 GB of RAM. It also has a pretty new to my eyes 13 MP BSI Panasonic sensor and an 8 MP BSI selfie camera and a large 3,500. The only weakness so far I can see here is the 16 GB non expandable storage. Fortunately, it supports OTG connection in case you need additional storage.
